Founded in 2020 in Saratoga Springs, NY, Saratoga Pure was built by longtime friends and local business professionals who saw an opportunity to raise the standard for workplace drinking water across Eastern New York, Southern Vermont, and Western Massachusetts.
We’ve known each other for more than 25 years. We’ve raised families here. We’ve built businesses here. And we started Saratoga Pure with one clear goal: To deliver healthier, safer, more reliable drinking water — with service people can truly count on.

We install a “T” fitting.
This allows water sources and cooler to share the same line. Connects you directly to your existing water supply.
Step 3
We run the line where you need it.
Attach food grade water line to the “T” Snake waterway inside the wall and to the location of the cooler.
Step 4
Cover with a cable plate. Leave a seamless installation.
Step 5
You enjoy an unlimited, safe, pure and great tasting water!
Chuck Rorick
Chuck was born and raised in Liverpool, NY. After earning his undergraduate degree from SUNY Geneseo (’88) and his law degree from Syracuse College of Law (’91), he began his professional career in Pittsburgh, PA, working as an attorney for an NFL sports agency.
After returning to New York, Chuck transitioned into sales and business leadership, eventually serving as Director of Government Sales and later as a Business Analyst for a global organization. Over the course of his career, he developed a deep appreciation for operational excellence, accountability, and building long-term client relationships.
In 2002, Chuck adopted his two sons, Peter and Lucas, from Krasnoyarsk, Siberia — an experience that continues to shape his perspective and purpose. They remain his “why” in both business and life.
In 2020, alongside longtime friends and business partners, Chuck co-founded Saratoga Pure Water Systems with a simple goal: to build a locally owned company that delivers healthier, safer drinking water while operating with integrity and personal accountability.
Rich O’Brien
Rich O’Brien is Co-Founder of Saratoga Pure Water Systems and brings decades of local sales experience and community involvement to the company’s leadership. Born in Troy, NY and raised in the Capital Region, Rich has spent most of his life building relationships and serving businesses throughout the community he calls home.
A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, Rich has worked in sales for the majority of his career, developing a strong reputation for responsiveness, follow-through, and delivering practical solutions that create real value for customers.
As a lifelong competitive athlete and active member of both the Albany Knickerbockers Rugby Club and Saratoga Rugby Club, Rich understands firsthand the importance of hydration, health, and performance. That perspective continues to shape his commitment to helping businesses provide cleaner, safer drinking water for their teams.
Rich lives in Ballston Lake with his wife and children and remains actively involved in youth sports and community activities in the Clifton Park area. He co-founded Saratoga Pure with the goal of building a company rooted in integrity, service, and long-term relationships — one that solves everyday operational challenges while raising the standard for workplace drinking water.
